trying to test my sensors here using the FSM and a Multimeter

The O2 Sensor Spec is 5-7 ohms. I am getting 20 ohms and the FSM says if the meter reads Infinity than its bad. Doesnt say anything about a range and if 20 is ok, etc....

Also,

I checked the MAT sensor (when truck was at temp) and it should be 185 ohms and i am getting .760k Any ideas?

The best way to check the o2 sensor is to use a lab scope. A dvm will work ok. at operating temp. run the engine at 2000 rpm and it should sweep between .1v to .9v at LEAST 5 times. If it stays above .5v most of the time them it is too rich if it stays below .5v most of the time then it is too lean or the o2 is dead. the mat sensor can be checked by ohm meter or a volt meter check it cold and watch the voltage it should start about 4.5v and slowly drop as the air temp. rises.
