Hello,

Im doing a toyota engine/tranny swap into my zuk. I took the toyota drive shaft yoke, and had a short shaft made, and needed the suzuki transfer case flange opened up just a bit to receive the toyota flange. The guys at the drive shaft shop opened up the suzuki flange to much and the two pieces have about .10 of slop. I needed that fit to be tight so I could make sure it was centered to drill my new 4 holes in it. Ive got to get another and start all over.

Any one got one off of a busted transfer case for sale? Its the flange on the input side that receives the short shaft from the tranny?

I think Trail Tough can fix you up with a late 88.5 on flange:D

I located 2 of them. RRO shipped me one, and then a member from the board here that is running the same engine/tranny im going to run, is shipping me one, already turned the correct size.

He had it turned down, and boxed up to ship the same day!!!

Ive still got the one coming from RRO so ive got a spare now LOL.

Thanks everyone for the help. All of the salvage yards here locally had them, but they came with a t case attached and a heafty price.
