I need to move my fuel filler hose that goes into the gas tank out of the way. Anyone have any suggestions on where I can get some flexible line that have a bit of strength to them? I may take a trip to the hydraulic shop this week, but thought I would get some feedback from the experts.

Haven't taken it apart yet. But it is the standard rover one. I believe it is 1.75 O.D. Sooooooo... guessing maybe around 1.25 I.D.???? Anyone know?

You should be able to get marine fuel filler hose at a local marine supply (West Marine, etc) or online in that ID, though it commonly starts at about 1 1/2" ID.
Anyway just look/ask for USCG marine fuel fill hose

Way the ealier rovers (87-89 i think) had a rubber line with a bend it that might be able to use to move the filler back.
are you hitting it with your new tires and moved back axle?
when i have looked in trying to move the filler hose it seemed to me that the whole filler metal lines and filler in the tank would need to be moved. so i have not moved mine yet. would have to if i went to larger tire so let us know what you find.

I think there are two problems here. The pre 90's had a smaller tank, so the location is different, I THINK. However, the hose for the 89 does have an S-bend in it. Let me know if you want a picture.
I just made my some brackets right below this for my bumper to tie into ( and consequently provide some protection for that hose).

Between the 37" tires, the axle relocation of 3.5" further back, and my new homeade inner fenders, I now have a need to do something different. Good guess!
Funny thing is the 37" tires look small???
