I'm looking for a guy to see if he wants to sell his cruiser its been sitting in his old boss's yard for over a year and I cant seem to locate the owner. I have his name but nothing else I've done a net search and cant seem to locate him. Any other ideas would be great I want a new toy. thanx CHUCK

I don't know about Oregon, but in Texas you can send in the licence plate number along with $2 to the state and they'll give you the owners name and address.
Makes you think twice about flipping someone off on the interstate. :)

his old boss gave me all the info he had, he wants the cruiser moved but the adress, phone and e-mail dont work. any officer want to abuse there power and look him up for me.. :D :D :D

In california, you can do a lean sale agaisnt the vehical, Meaning..

If its stored on a property for a period of longer then a year and the property owner wants it gone and has not been able to get in contact iwth the owner of the vehical, you can submit a Lean sale form to the DMV they will try and contact the previous owner if no contact is made with in 60 days then they will change the tittle over to the new owner..

My Orange CJ was based on a Lean sale..

Work with the property owner, have him release custody of the vehical to you and have the property owner submit a lean sale.
