I got the shits from lunch, a AISC manual of Steel Construction (third edition) and a whole lot on jack nothin!

I got my g/f a dozen white roses, a small stuffed gorilla dressed like the devil, some candy that she likes, and a gift certificate to Hastings. (I was gonna buy her a movie, but she went out and bought it last week.)

edit: I also got her a really nice card and wrote her a poem inside it. :D

my wife likes it a whole lot more when she comes home from a typical day at work to a candle lit house with the aroma of a nice dinner a bottle of wine and some nice soft music in the back ground.

do things like this often and Valentined day becomes a Joke.

Oh yah did I mention that I get layed all the time the way you guys might get layed one good time a year on Valentined day:flipoff2:

Lets just say I don't even need to celebrate steak and BJ day when everyday can be Breakfast and BJ day or movie and BJ day.

I made my very own Valentines Day card and wrote a poem on the inside. The color printer at work did a great job on it :D

Then I made the ultimate guy sacrifice and watched a chic flick with her. 'My big fat Greek Wedding'.

But in between that, I managed to sneak off with my son to the batting cages - baseball tryouts are today - and stop at KMART on the way back. Hate the store, but since it's closing, there are some good deals at 20 - 25% off. Can't wait for the percentage to go up in the next week or two.

I got the other half a remote start/keyless entry for her XJ...and recieved four beer steins......mmmmmm, GUINESS IS GOOD!

Cutie had to work last night. I had her a hot bubblebath and a candlelight dinner and a bottle of wine when she got home. After dinner she got a LONG massage.:D

I got Eric his wedding ring finally! I was going to surprise him. I used his old ring to measure it, had it special ordered, and engraved.
I put it in the truck, so he'd find it later. Well, he came home for lunch, to bring me my goodies, and he was wearing it..............

A little road rage vengace. When some prick in a ricer sped past me came up right behind her, slammed on the brakes and tailgated her BAD, until she pulled a lane over (mind you everyone else on the road was already 5 over the limit). She got to watch me fly past her and slam on my brakes right behind the ricer. I tailgated that fucker for a while, staying back about 1-2' off his bumper with my lights right at head level. He got spooked I guess, managed to get over a lane, speed off and took the next exit. In the end... maybe he learned how much it sucks to be tailgated like that. Even if he didn't... we both thought it was funny as hell.

I bought my right hand a cheap six pack :flipoff2:

I took her wheeling and got us stranded 17 miles up a trail with a busted tranny. :rolleyes

Shortly followed by three broken shock mounts, one ripped spring perch, and a torn off exhaust driving out in second gear unable to come to a stop. :eek:

After that, she still wanted to make out in the cab of the tow truck, while the driver stopped and got out for a smoke during the 114 mile tow back to phoenix! and she claims she had a good time! This one might be a good one!
