So recently I am getting the barrage of SPAM from people trying to sell me a cable descambler so I can get all the channels plus pay-per-view.

What kind of smoke and mirrors is this????

No, I wouldn't own or use one, just think it's silly the crap they try to pawn off on SPAM.

Like Mello said.. They are legal to buy and own but you have to inform your cable company so they can tweak it if you want to stay legal when you use it.
