I've heard that Warn axles are made by Dutchmen? Is that true?And do they make custom lengths?

Dutchman can mack almost any axle you can think of. I am not sure if they make all of the Warn stuff, but I do know they carry Warn blanks and have all of their specs and forgings. At least that's what they told me. BTW, they do excelent work at good prices. I had some front d44 axles cut down and some custom FF rear axles machined too.

I got my custom length Warn front 44 shafts from Dutchman. I don't think the make them though.
