OK, my 46RH tranny is on the way out on the ZJ. Anyone know if a th400 from a Grand Wagoneer will mate up to the 318 V8. This is a '93 ZJ. Currently has a 231 t-case. I have seen th400 -> 231 adapters. Or is this case too large to fit in the tranny tunnel of the ZJ w/o some serious modifications? Thanks.

It wont bolt up. The 318 in a ZJ is a Mopar block and the TH400 only came behind the AMC blocks.
