well i made a slight oversight when i build my rear axle. i tilted the pinoin where i wanted it and welded all the brackets to stock locations. i pulled the swaybar off my old rear axle and tried to bolt it to the new one. The only way it will go on is under the pumpkin not over. And even then its almost up against the housing.

I know guys with hi pinoin 9's do it but is it ok with what ive got. or am i going to have to have one built.

Im probably going to ditch it at some point.... im semi unhappy with the antirock, depending on how everything performs when all is said and done i might go back to a regular swaybar up front and completly ditch the rear.

any ideas?

I wouldn't worry about it. When I put the lift on my TJ I just left the rear sway bar off. I've noticed no handling issues with the front pinned. But if I run around with the front disco'd (like I am right now), It's very shall we say spongey <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I get some crazy flex out of the back too with it off. Enough that I snapped one of my DT shocks because they were the limiting factor, not the swaybar (Oops). I bought Skyjacker shocks for a 6-8" lift and it's great now (I have the RE 4.5") There's 1/2" compression left when on the bumpstops, and the added length helped alot. I think the extended length was 27.75". Collapsed is 16"

Alan,

Ditch the sway bar and run limiting straps.

How's the front axle going?
