I am saving up for a toyota, I found one for sale here, it is a stock 1985 normal cab shortbed Toyota pickup with some body damage, for $1000. Should I try to buy it? I need to ask the guy if it is fuel injected. My questions are:
85 is solid axle right?
Did they offer fuel injected engines in 85 on the Toys?
Is that a good price?
Thanks.

oh also forgot to mention, it has a new rebuilt engine and a new transmission, and it is 4 wheel drive.

Yes to all your questions, Great buy....:smokin:
'85 is one of the more desirable years for Touota trucks, they are straight axle, and were available with fuel injection. Even if it's carburated, its hard to go wrong for a grand. Dont be a dumbass like me and start with a carburated IFS "86.

Can't go wrong for $1000, especially in a state that doesn't get bad rust:beer:
