I was taking pics of the tool boxes, and snapped this one too. Let's see just how many varied and assorted items you can locate in this picture :p
There is quite the variety there - and to think this is FAR cleaner than it used to be :D

30x40x11.5 tall
6" pad, post frame, metal exterior, insulated ceilings, 10x10 end door, 9x7 side door, I did the ground prep work, I did all the wiring, I added a small office (6x8) and bathroom to one corner, insulated overhead doors, one walk through door...
I would say all told I have about $16k in it so far... give or take.
I know everyone always says it - but if you have the room, go bigger. I am wishing I had gone 35x50 already... and it has only been up a year :p
Then again I have LOT of junk (this pic is not the half of it, I still have an 8x14 storage shed full :p ) and I would like room to store the tractor and mower inside, and still have room for my stuff, and at least 2 vehicles.

Other than that - dang
dang and I thought my shop was messy, It is dirtier than y'alls though. Yeah always go bigger we have a 24x40 shop adding a small office (read bathroom) its already too small so we're gonna put up a 30x60 implement shed a shed roof off one side to hold our trailer and extend the gable on the back by 6-10 feet to park the tractor in. I'm glad I'll be spending my dad's money :D
