Anyone running re-treads on a mildly built binder? Been thinking of picking up some 33" or so ones since I think I need to learn lots more before going larger.

Anyone know what how tall 750X16 are? these look good:

These ones are cool, but shipping would be a bitch:

anyone know any quality shops selling 33" or taller tires that'll fit 16" rims?

That sounds funny:

"designed to provide good OFF OF THE ROAD traction.

Well, I take things like that with a grain of salt.

my question is will they work for mild off roading untill my skills improve?

I don't know if you will find any retreads for 16" rims with a 33" height. The ones you are looking at are probably 235-75 which Maybe measure 28-29.

www.high-tec-retreading.com has a better looking tread pattern.

If you changed to 15" or 16.5" rims you can find 33-12.50's

I priced some new tires yesterday for my truck 305/85/16 Buckshot Maxxis Mudders which measure to about 33-12.50 and they cost $115 a piece. You can find decent M/T's even cheaper than that new.

IMO I would buy new if you are planning on driving it alot.
