Just thought I'd post a link to some pictures I took at the Melbourne auto show today... pretty nice place. All this is gearing up for the start of the Formula One season next Sunday here in Melbourne.

Buahaha, that's gonna piss off some Land Rover guys!

It's actually a Defender 110 pickup. I'd love to have one of those, especially with the 5 cylinder diesel.

I have seen tons of 110's and 110 pickups.... a lot of construction execs have them.... good looking and functional, doesn't get much better than that

Defenderds havn't been available in the states since around 1995. :(

There's a few D90s in town, one lady drives a red one, hardtop with the exo cage and snorkel.. I don't think she knows what she has.........

A used D90 will cost between $20-$30K... a D110 is much much more.

i think I am going back on Friday, on a date ;) (she loves cars and 4x4s so it could be fun)... I'll take some more pictures of the land rover exhibit when I go back.... there was one more 110, one 90 and one of their new expedition rigs...

Well, i'm all hot under the collar from seeing 2 scramblers last weekend, so excuse my mistake. :flipoff2:

I have seen Defenders before, and they are pretty sweet machines. But, like was mentioned, they aren't exactly easy to come by in N. America.... :(
