I've finally completed my 4 inch suspension lift, will I need to replace or adjust or bend my center arm or knuckle arms.

you can build a double arm on the pass side w/ an upside down other arm on top. thats what i ahve. you could also have a s arm made..or buy the one i have ...but its your decision.

Bending the steering arms is not recommended....mostly because bending them up will likely also mean bending them in to clear the rims, and then your steering (ackerman) angles are messed up.

Also, you shouldn't need to change the center arm either. You may experience a bit of bump steer, but not too bad.

Since you sound like you are running stock steering with the 4" lift, my guess also is you either have or are going to have 33-35" tires. You're gonna want PS sometime soon to turn those easier. Check my site for options, and for now just make sure all your steering connections are in good condition.
