I am new to the LC scene so please tell me what the point is of double knuckle arms. Every pic i have seen only has 1 tie rod hooked up. So whats the point? i am picking up a 73 fj40 this weekend, and i hoping to get moving on this build up.

Double knuckle arms are used for spring over conversions.

they make it into cross over steering w/ the drag link above the springs and tghe t-rod under.
