wheelinjp 11-11-2001, 02:54 PM For the Wa state locals Evans Creek has a bootleg trail that I just found out is OFF LIMITS!!!!!! There is a $1000.00 dollar fine if caught on the trail. It is the 222 so if its not on the map available at the entrance stay off. All trails are clearly marked with a sign as well. Just a WARNING. I know cause I broke on that trail and told a friend. He asked one of the region directors from the PNW asd was told of the fine. I wished I would have known . I wished Id have known that. No I didnt get a fine and there was no marking or closure signage whatsoever. Thats where I broke though.Well you remember what it was like taking a toy most of the way, well two toys were with me a 4runner and a 82mini short bed bobbed. It was tight.
