: track bar/drag link

does the track bar have to be parrallel AND directly behind the drag link, or only parrallel????

Only in a perfect world. That whole scenario gets tossed as soon as any angularity between frame and axle gets introduced.

I found on mine that it was slightly more important to get full lock to lock steering and deal with a miniscule amount of bumpsteer, than try and get perfect parallelism.

I pointed my trackbar and draglink on the frame side at a common point about 6-8 inches outboard of the frame. Works just fine. They are the same length though, only carry one spare that way.

for on road the closer the better for off road/ crawling not as critical. You will end up with bump steer if they are different angles.

this is my daily driver so i want to minimize bump steer. what if they are parrallel but the track bar is an inch below the drag link when you are looking at the front of the car.

This is not mine (I don't have $20 so I can't post pictures) I found this picture here. This is how the EB's are stock not the same length but paralle. Mine are not this close to paralle and I don't get bump steer and they are different lenghts, this should give you an idea.
