Does anyone know where the fuel cutoff switch is located on a '99 F150 5.4L? My truck will not start and there is a sticker under the hood that says if it won't start, to check the fuel cutoff switch. It says to look in the owners manual which I do not have. The engine turns over fine with no sign off trying to start. Hopefully it is this simple, I just need to find the switch.

Remove the passenger kick panel and there will be a red button.
This is where it is on my 96, but it may be different.
