I've got a 90 bronco with the 302. It cranks over strong, but won't start. You can hear the fuel pump running and after trying to crank you can smell fuel (like its flooded). Not sure what is wrong...It ran just great Sunday evening, and this morning I get this.
Any suggestions bout what could be wrong:confused:

Check for spark! No spark? Check for 12 volts at the positive side of the coil. If none, try running a line from your battey to the coil (for testing and crank it over some more. I'm assuming that it is still injected. If not, disregard this post and have a nice day!

checked for spark...none, was told it is probably ignition module on the dist. Went to remove module but am unable to get to back bolt. Any tricks to get it out without removing the dist.?

check for moisture in the cap first, if none, mark the location of the dist. and loosen the hold down clamp, rotate the dist. until you can get to the bolt.

i probly wouldnt be so prone to jump right at the ignition module. Check the small cheap stuff first.
But hey its running so have fun!

Didn't jump right to the ign. module...Did check the small stuff first and thru process of elimination got to the ign. module
