OK folks, here are the new Dana 60 35 spline drive gears. They just got finished up tonight. I will have the price on the set (including hardware) sometime tomorrow.

KEY FEATURES-
*4140 heat treated throughtout (not just throught the center of the splines).
*Drilled to reduce weight.
*Black oxided gears to eliminate/reduce corrosion.
*Low profile hard anodized top cap with groovy lazer etched "skull & cross bones" logo.

How much weight do you really save with the holes drilled? Wouldn't it be stronger and cheaper without the holes?

As far as how much weight is being saved; I don't know off the top of my head but will get back to you on that one.

As far as making them stronger.............. If you manage to break these (which you won't) you can smack my ass and call me Sally. How's that for a warranty? Serriously though, life time warranty (on the gear).

Just wanted to give you and update Dave, I have 1 comp and 2 runs and they are doing great. I just pulled the front end apart the other day to check the axles and such, everything is good. And I am not running the axle snap rings.

Beyond nice...Those caps were the unexpected finishing touch on the RockIt...I think I got just as many comments on those as the DUB's...handed out a stack of about 30 of Pigs cards just cause people thought they were bitchin'. Pig, those baby's ROCK!

Well, pretty much any color can be used. If you want to use any color other than black its gonna be an additional 50 bucks.

If you send me an image make sure its in EPS format.

specify vector eps...in printing (my line of work) a lot of numbnuts will just place a web gif in an eps file and think they're set for a 10'x20' banner.

No d60 external locks are avialble at this time.
