okay I'm a newbie so I am allowed to ask one stupid question (:D) and yes I checked out the search engine.

Currently I run a RE3.5" lift and I still need to get a SYE and new driveshaft.

Will this SYE and driveshaft still be okay if I switch to a RE 4.5 or 5.5 kit?

Flame me for this question, but I still hope to get a decent answer.

Get out yer calculator and measuring tape.

Measure how much more length you'll need out of your ds.

See if you have that much slip left in you ds.
