Will the stock carrier work if I have 3.07's? someone said I needed to have 3.50's or above to have these gears work?? Do I need a new carrier?

You may need a larger carrier, I'm not sure, but regardless:

4.88's in a Dana30 is gonna be a tiny/puny pinion, man! If you're running decent torque (V8 or 4:1 kit, etc) and big tires you're prolly gonna see pinion breaks

It's 3.54 and higher for the carrier you have.
