I figured if someone had a destroyed D300, then they probably wouldn't be trying to sell it, and maybe I could get better results in here.

Anyway, I'm gonna be fliping it and 4:1'ing it, so basically only the outer case needs to be intact, I'll rebuild the rest...

make sure you get the right case. The 1980 D300 has a different bolt pattern on the output housing.
