Approximate dimensions of the above grill. L x W?

Finishing my basemsnt. Doing the rec room in Jeeps.

Said grill is on it's way, but I need to know where to place the electrical outlet/switch on my wall so it's hidden behind the grill once it's hanging. Need the dimensions.
