Yes, some Wagoneers. I think the quadratac ones, althouogh I'm sure. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, or add more detail.

I actually have one, I'd probably let it go as well. Even got a new, never run Warn FF kit. 5-on 5-1/2, 63" (or so) wide if I remeber right.

would need like $500 to break even........

Any CJ prior to '72, if you want that narrow.

J10 truck also has an offset rear 44. It is about 64" wms-wms and the offset of the housing is a couple inches. I have one for sale that is complete $200 plus shipping if you are looking for an offset one.

Most wagoneer and cherokees came with them. they were in the 73 to 86s I believe and the ratios varied but they were most all 3 series like 3.54 and higher. Some 4.10s are pretty rare. If you get the narrow track pre 78 or so I believe they are 59in wide.Try a search it has been answered correctly recently As for the pre 73 and the early scouts(80s,800s) they are a lesser spline count and weaker than the 30 spline flanged versions. The scout II all came with centered diffs. Just to make you aware, the ford vans in the 70s and 80s had offset pumpkin d60s but the only advantage is the full floating 8 lug and bigger brakes, the axles are all the same diameter as the d44 and 19 or 30 spline.

AAAUUHHH I finally finished my book now I am gonna be rich!!!

I have seen some offset 60's under some vans. What year and why I have no idea.

I have no idea why they did it because the driveetrain is centered.

I had a 71 SeriesII and put a 44 out of a wagoneer under it, it was about 8 inches wider and the pinion was within 2 inches from stock location. These rears are plentiful at PNP -30 spline 44's - still usin one now in a TLC.

Yes, Passenger side. I have one from a 76 Wagoneer in a Cj5 with a d-18.

Offset axles are cool, just keep the rocks under the drivers seat!

I've got a factory offset 44 (3.73:1 posi) in my Willys wagon . . . 57" wms-wms. I'm not really sure what it came out of but maybe early Wagoneer with Qtrac. It has 2 piece axles and 11" drums and it's probably 19 spline which was the norm.

BTW, look for a vertical grill Wagoneer.

later model were 1 piece axle, 30 spline units
