Last night Connie(my GF of about a year) and i were laying in bed watching the war, when she says to me "hey I was walking by the TV at work today, looked over and spoted a tan fj40 with Arizona plates, the show was the A-Team" I rolled over and have her a HUGE hug and kiss :) Thats my girl:D

I got my g/f trained on the different cruiser models. She can idenity FJ40's, FJ55's Fj60's and FJ80's :D She wants a FJ100 tho.....

I think you need to be trained some more, it's a UZJ100:D

But yes it's not hard to train them, helps if they have a Cruiser of their own, got Connie a fj62 not long after we started going out....it was a good move on my part :)

Don't think my g/f would ever get a Cruiser, she is more worried about clothes :p Tho it was funny when she told a girl up who's b/f had a jeep and claimed that it was all decked out haha.

My wife is actually the one that got me into wheelin' and Land Cruisers. Her dad taught her to wheel in his 40 so she grew up going to the high lakes or to the Rubicon in the Cruiser.

My g/f is terrible when it comes to identifying cruisers. She's starting to get a little better, but its a slow and a painful process. Give her a year, she'll have land cruisers coming out of her ears. :)

Those that know her can back me up, I will pit my non-Cruiserhead wife's Land Cruiser knowledge against *any* other non-Cruiserhead's wife. Heck, I'll even pit her against some actual Cruiserheads, too!

I think Kate's learned my osmosis, sometimes she scares me with how much she knows! To top it off, she's cute (actually this part is scary, I still don't know what she's doing with me)! :)

I cought mine thumbing thru some of my old Toyota parts catalogs last night.......I think she is hooked.....now I'm afraid she is gonna take my fj40.....she drove it last weeked and replied" hey I could drive this everyday!"

Yes it takes some time, but when almost every topic that comes up ends up(in some bizare way) becoming Cruiser related it's just a matter of time..till she will start to dream of Cruisers at night :)

Also if you happen to have one of almost every Cruiser body style in your yard...it makes it MUCH easier to teach them:D

Even Connie's dog has become a Cruiserdog, last night she pulled in and started barking and growling at a J**P Liberty that I had a freind leave at my place, it was a riot...that dog just HATED the J**P! BTW the J**P is looking scared....it thinks it's gonna get gang raped by a hoard of Cruiser this weekend...the 55 is really pissed as the Liberty stole the front end styling from the 55.....not gonna be a pretty sight:D

my wife came home today and told me where she saw a solid axle 4runner for sale :) she's also getting pretty good about finding all the landcruisers in the new commercials on tv lately.
