My friend has a chance to get a set of stock TJ coils cheap, but he needs to do it today.

He's got an 88 Wagoneer XJ, and is hoping to put 33's under it. We know they're longer, but how much lift will it give him, and will they fit/work?

Does anyone know if the spring rates are the same/different?

Any other info would be very useful.

Thanks

They fit and should give about 2in of lift. Not near enough for 33's unless your handy with a sawzall. BIG TIME!

Hey, wow, I didn't know that!!! This is doubly good for me... I need some 1 1/2" spacers for the back of my TJ, and because of this I can take out the 1 1/2" spacers that are in my XJ and run real springs! DAMN!

I'm gonna try it!

Putting the rear coils on will be a bitch.
