I just finished cutting my full size D44 down by 4" and I was told the long shaft out of a Waggy is 4" shorter than a full size. Is this true? What is the length of the long side inner shaft on a waggy?

Depends on year. '74-'79 are 33.19", '80-'84 are 32.12".

Check Warn's website for most axle lengths.
