While I was at SEMA I saw 2 companies that had bolt on spring overs. I think it's a pretty good Idea. They both were geared to stock axles. At first I was thinking that sucked, but realized that if you were likely to put bigger axles in you should be able to figure out how to get some perches welded on at the right angles. There aren't a lot of shops that will do spring overs, so this should make it easier for the bolt on crowd.
