I've read this before, but never confirmed it. Does a '90 Stock XJ arm equate to a Drop Pitman arm for a YJ with a 4" lift?

Thanks!

You can use the XJ pitman arm to give you some drop on a YJ, but it won't be quite 4 inches.

Hmmm, wonder if it will work okay for a 3.5" YJ lift...any experience's anyone?

I ordered a drop pitman arm for a 4" lifted YJ from superlift...it was exactly the same as my stock XJ pitman arm. Actual drop from a stock XJ arm on a YJ would be about 1" or so....

The ZJ one has even more drop in it, in case the XJ one isn't enough for you.

I used the stock ZJ pitman arm, and it looks identical to the skyjacker drop pitman arm. I paid $34 for the stock one, from the dealership. The skyjacker, at the time, was $75+

My steering is almost back to stock, with a 4" lift.

When I did my PS conversion on my Cruiser, I used a YJ pitman arm. The XJ drops 1" more than the YJ, and the ZJ drops 2" more than the YJ. These are for stock arms.
