I can barely move.
And when I do, it is almost unbearable pain. Pulled a muscle in my lower back.

Is that one of the deals where you bend over to put your socks on, and you get stuck? I hate when that happens.

I injured it. When I worked for Genie, I was driving a forklift in the parts staging area. Some one else was jockeying some tires around and one rolled out and dropped over in front of my forklift, so I stopped and hopped out to move it. This sire was about the size of a 33/12.50. I went to upright it and thought I was doing ok, but I didn't know it was a foam filled tire, so it weighed abour 200 lbs. I wasn't prepared for that and it really screwed my back up. I have had spasms three times, where it just locks up, sometimes for ten minutes or so. To this day, most chairs are uncomfortable if I am in them for more than half an hour or so, and it needs to have a back on it. If I don't have anything to lean against, I am good for about 5 mins.

I was really smart. I lifted my new D44 by myself.

Thought that everything was good untill I sat down and then about 10min after I couldnt move.

Oh, I see how you are gonna be. What's worse is that I feel older than I look.

for muscle pain the stick on heating pads are GREAT!!! I don't know if they are in canda tho.... here they go by ThermaCare. They are air activated stick on pads and the heat lasts for 8+ hours.
