My GF and I are planning a trip to Moab for the week after Easter and are wondering if we should keep our plans or delay the trip until some later date after the Iraq conflict? On our local news there have been reports of unwelcome attitudes towards Canadian travellers in the US and thats the last thing we want on our vacation.

Thanks
JP

Just keep your trap shut if you disagree with the war and you'll be fine.

I wouldn't delay it.

I for one, have seen nothing negative towards Canadians, and I would step up and object if I did see that kind of behavior in public.

95% of people won't even know you are Canadian. If it really worries you or the GF, just tell people you are on vacation from Minnesota.

You don't have anything to worry about. If you really want to piss someone off in UT tell them you're from California!! :flipoff2:

That would be tough to do if they are driving.

I don't think you will have any problems once you get south of the Washington border cause nobody will reconize your plates anyway. Just get some USD before you leave cause they won't believe your $'s are real. :flipoff2:

Thanks guys, we're planning on leaving Vancouver on Easter Saturday and arriving in Moab on Monday morning. If any of you are in the area and want to hook up that would be cool. We are bringing mountian bikes as well as driving Truck-a-saurus down, and plan on 2-3 of days wheeling and a couple on our bikes.
