No I'm just relaying what I heard on the TV. They were also interviewing an officer over there that said he watched as the Iraqi millitary lined a bridge with women and children before they crossed it with their equipment.

Makes sense. They'd want the public opinion to see that we killed women and children. Not to mention test the waters for future suicide bombers.

Of course, we'll look like the bad guys to the Muslim media. :rolleyes:

Well, if they want to play like that then I say blow it up. Sucks to be them but I want us to win the war. Then let anyone left alive from Saddam's regime be held responsible for the civilian deaths.

It's really a pity but I don't think it should be allowed to stand in our way. Poor kids.

I say let the Brits do it.

During WWII the brits would bomb Germany at any time (preferably night) and in any weather while we would only bomb on clear days and ONLY military or industrial targets.

We always have to be the good guys and play by the rules even when the other guy doesn't.

Total bullshit, isn't it? We get our hands tied around our backs, and for what? to sway popular opinion in our favor?

I like the "kick ass, let the pussies whine about a fair fight" approach. It's proven, it works, and it's been used since men were fighting with sticks and stones. Fighting the way we are now is what got the British military their asses handed to them in our Revolutionary War.

Wouldn't surprise me. They were dead if they said no. At least this way they had a chance that maybe we'd realize it was a van with children and this woman and they would be taken in by us. They however were killed, but like I said they were as good as dead if they would have said no anyhow.... :(
