PIG, you definitely get an "A" for creativity, but I think TJ Fan still gets the higher mark in the "pimp" category. :flipoff2:

I will agree that MAD4WD has kept the 1up position as of now. However, this is far from over...........

Sweet!

Few ?s tho, How thick of material with these work on, will it handle 1/4" plate? Also does dimpling really stiffen up flat plate that much? Lastly, they look like steel and not alum correct?

I really wouldn't recomend doing thicker than 1/8". YES, dimple ding plate really does stiffen up the plate. If you want some info on an FEA analysis that was done on dimple ding let me know. Yes, these are machined from high carbon steel and heat treated.

what does the dimple add to overall dia?

Thanks, I need a set. Do you have to use a huge press or can you get away with a large vise and a cheater bar?

Thanks

The dimple ends up being about 3/8" larger than the dia. Don't use a vise unless you are dimpling thin AL.
