Our offroad pre-runner got broken into at Motel 6 this morning while we we're out at a MDR race. It seems that this is a new thing in Barstow right now. Apparently a Baja Bug was stolen too from a local motel, and a few other trucks were broken into but not stolen. Seems that they spray WD40 all over the parts of the trucks that they touch when braking and entering so that finger prints cannot be dusted.
Sucks ass. Everyone wants to setup a sting operation and bust these fawkers.
I THOUGHT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW WHATS UP.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
"Attention" There has been a organized group of idiots stealing stuff in
and around the Barstow area for the last 2 months or so! They are taking
MotorCycles,Quads,Bugs, and Offroad vehicals and parts! They seem to able to
take anything from anybody at any time, from Homes while people are
home,from hotel parking lots and from the local Race areas during events.
They also seem to be tied to the local drug trade as some of the individules
have been caught and they are as young as 12 and 13, and are fencing these
things to local drugies and their gang of idiots! We had bike and a Go-Kart
stolen out of our garage while we were home and eating dinner just 20 feet
away! a nieghbor had 2 MC's stolen in Dec. and 2 new Quads stolen this past
Thurs. from the same shop! A friend had his Baja stolen and stripped, The
local authorities are starting to crack down on this group because they are
starting to turn deals on each other in-order to stay out of jail. So if you
