I would call them...I emailed them a change in address(they have a specific form to do it) and it still took about 3-4 months for them to get it changed:)

Hmm..I have emailed them and JP a few times, and gotten replys from the editors within a day. Of course, mine was about some articles and such, but it was still a suprise. Good luck getting to talk to them.

I dont have a number off hand but just look through any of thier mags and find a number and then just call...they will get you to the right place...
