my water gauge is out and i dont know where my sending unit is for my thermostat...i have a 94 gmc suburban, need help dont want my shiznit to over heat and not know!!

Thermostats don't have sending units, or are you refering to the sending unit for your gauge.
If so, more than likely it is located on the drivers side of the block in between cyls 1 & 3 spark plugs.:skull:

more than likely the sending unit for the temp guage is in the head like said.. then there's the temp sending unit for the computer.. probably located near the water neck and in the intake manifold..
