I'd say they'd snap, but then, I wouldn't trust them even on a light vehicle.

they take plenty of abuse on my cj7 but then again a 715 should be a lot heavier.

I wouldnt even put em on a baby carriage, for anything but show. All of the, clack, clank, clack of traction robbing, opening and closing, would surely wake the baby, on the first mild hill climb. All of that racket, and the loss of steep hill climb traction, is hardly worth a few more RTI points. Not to mention the unloading and shifting of weight, on steep downhills. There is no need for them on a well designed leaf suspension.
I do like their ability to let the leaf twist though. If they would design a unit that just allowed the twist,(like a goofy shackle maybe) but did away with the clamshell, that could actually be usefull. But it probably wouldnt sell very well to the cataloge shopping hordes of neophites, who think RTI is so cool.
In short, I wouldnt waste my money on them, ooooops what am I saying I already did about 3 years ago. Now they sit in my garage so I can loan them to any freind who thinks he has a way to make them usefull on the trail,....but like a bad case of herpes, they always come back.

A buddy has them on a scout. They collapsed flat, now they are scrap metal.:rainbow:

I am running revolvers on a fullsize blazer and have not had any problems as of yet. They are XJ revolvers with a couple of gussets on them.

The only people I'VE heard complain about revolvers are Jeep owners. Very interesting. I'm not saying anything bad about jeeps, just that the corelation is interesting.
