:question: Anyone know of a shop that can machine Dana 60 outer axle to fit FJ40 front end. I don't want a complete Dana 60, the only issue I have with the drivetrain is those darn birfields - any info would be appreciated.

IIRC AllPro built a hybrid D60/Toy Axle - not sure if it is TLC or mini truck though.

This has been covered a few times now and I just don't get it,,, Why not just swap in a Dana 60??
The money you would spend to have a Hybrid made you could by a 60 and have to narrowed,,,,,
