I have been searching for parts to do a rear disc conversion using the common brackets (Bill Jackson, JTO, TSM, etc)and Monte Carlo calipers, and trying to find the rotors for the swap. I located a P/N at PepBoys( Universal Brake Parts# 101680) that cost an entire $24.99. They are cast/machined rotors, with 1 1/16" width(not the 1.25"+++ of the extended cab rotors) On the box next to the p/n is a list of cross#:

Bendix# 141454
Ray# 5977
Aimco# 5568
Wagner# 61809

I hope these are the right cross #(I know the 141454 is mention in a write up for the conversion somewhere)

Did you read Bill Jacksons article (links at ih8mud.com) for the part nos.? - very useful.

It does not come up on my browser. It's as though I dont have permission to access it... But I have looked at it at work some time ago and did all the parts hunting from memory. Morgans site also states the 5977 is the right stuff, so I was passing on the info...

I used the 5977 rotors for my swap - they worked great. In fact, you don't need longer studs because they lie flush.

Do those rotors need to be machined out or are they a perfect fit? I bought the TSM while under the impression that they sold GM rotors that had the center machined out to Toyota width.
