I was thinking again (ouch it hurts) :D
My jeep goes anywhere I want it to the way it is but I am sick of bending springs. I would link leafs but I am always having weird weight loads and uneven crap going on I would link coilovers but I can't justify the $$ bling bling yet.
I'm not completely over the superflex stage we all go through. I want flex but I want tons of traction. so for the most flex I'm looking at 4 links...but I think I could make a 2 link w/ a flat panhard work better as far as not having odd characteristics that will roll me at any given time.
so here's where I'm at....2 or 4 link w/ (4) 12" firestone bags mounted halfway up the outer links. I plan to be able to dump it to the bump stops mainly so I can still drive the 45* angle in sluice :D but I am thinking that each I want crossover air tubes for the front bags and a tube for the rear bags so Ic an force articulation but they will have drive controlled valves that I can close.
Here's my dilema...I only have two switches...a back up light and an arb switch.....if I had bags then I would have a valve for each bag and then two more controlling the transfer as well as one more that bleeds off the whole system at once so I can dump it fast on the trail and on the street when ricers think they are hot shit :D
I would then have 7 more devices to play with and keep myself entertained :D I bet I could have even more switches for compressors and what not. and none would have labels. that would kep me on my toes :grinpimp:
so my jeep would never have a mean lean It would ride plush as possible....I could play rap music and play w/ the bags in town and throw up gang signs. Shoot me some neat tips if ya have any. No negative comments from the peanut gallery :flipoff2:
