Gonna have to run Yo Mammy's 250R ina couple weekends. Both are stock, but I am thinking the 250R should handle the Bansh pretty easily:D

very true.
Seems like the R pulls longer then the Bansh. I guess we will find out pretty soon. All other crap I have heard about Bansh vs 250R races have been very biased towards whoever is telling the story.

I wouldnt say the 250R will easily handle the Banshee. They are very diffrent in terms of "type" of power. It seems the Banshee has no low, a ton of mid and then falls flat on its face. This seems to be opposite of what I have heard. The 250R has OK low, OK mid but can be stretched out a long ways. Its kind of like a V8 Camaro vs. a Turbo V6 Buick.
As for adding a SST pipe to the Banshee. Fine. Let me add an equal amount of $ to the R.
LAME, I think the thread needs the ice racing pic.

on sand my banshee pulls 250's, it does have pipes etc but needs toomeys and it'll be even faster...but it needs a rebuild and the 250s had pipes etc.....true about the low end that's why you skip it with RPMs :D

don't forget that the three wheeler is lighter.
stock banshees don't have much of a top end.(your right) that's what the pipes are for.
Mammy, lets go down to Northfield on Sat morning. Sand hill climbs, gravel climbs, even enough room to stretch out the 250 MXers last time we went.
Ice racing from some d00d in NY. Modded R and Modded Banshees
