Shim the axle to make up for the lift...you want to match the ujoint angles of the DS at the pinion end and the tcase end.

You can get shims at any 4wd shop

how worn is your yoke? i would guess it is bad. how tight is the ujoint after you put it in?

the yoke was replaced with one that was tight.. it broke about a month ago.. all joints were tight.. and I used spicer u-joints.. they last as long as the others.. ...
anyone have a slip yoke eleminator ??? I need one bad...lol:confused:
also looking for the cv joint driveline also..

Sounds to me like your pinion angle is wrong, or your pinion is moving a lot, which means you've got wrap.

Unless you are running a CV, the pinion angle should not be straight. Unless of course the transfer case ouput has been lowered until it points directly at the pinion. I would certainly doubt that. The angle of the ujoints should be the same at both ends. ie. if it has a 8 degree angle out of the transfercase, the pinion unjoint should also have an 8 degree angle.
