Hopefully some of the more knowlagable PBB members can provide some info on this welder .......

Go strike an arc and see it it works well...10 to 1 it prolly needs new HF circuit. Not really a big deal if your not planning on welding aluminum but if the HF Intensity is cranked to 100 and the arc wanders in AC then you need a new HF circuit.
