Hey Jeepgod, we didnt get a chance to hit the John Bull. Its definitly on the schedule for the next trip though. It was really dusty this time of year so were going to wait a couple month before going again. A mud trip on John Bull would be fun.

ya.. when its wet.. its some fun... john bull used to be about the best trail up there.. that first uphill section was always a good time..
there was another trail towards lake arrowhead.. that had a good sized hill on it.. full of loose stone..
then there was a water crossing out that way also.. dishpan springs i think... thats cool in the spring.. had it coming in the door openings several times..
we used to head up there about once a month.. lived in newport beach.. so was relatively close..
santiago's revenge up in the angeles forest was sweet too.. then there was some resivor north of there.. with some sweeeeet mud in it..

It must have been one sunny ass day cuz my Jeep is far from clean or shiny. Its probably been waxed once the last 7 years ive owned it. It must have been all the bush scratch's shinning

And as far as chrome? What chrome? There isnt one piece of chrome on my Jeep. I hate that shit!

Hey Scott,
We need to plan another trip in a month or so or whenever it rains again. I wouldnt mind doing a muddy "john bull" trip. Or atleast some slippery rockcrawling. Those trails are just getting to easy now...

See you tonight at the casa..
BTW: MFG4ROX isnt going to the IE4W Roundup tonight and neither am I.
