Plans For Winch Bumper

I was wondering if anyone had some plans for fabricating a front winch bumper for an '84 F250 or similarly large Ford. My hope is to make something similar to a Reunel, without having to shell out $1000+. Thanks for your help.

Whatever you do dont buy a Warn winch bumper they are CRAP. Metal is so soft it bends when you look at it....

Yeah, I was not planning on getting a Warn. Seems that everything that is halfway decent costs enough for me to buy another truck!
