Make sure you get one that is powerful. I have an Oster cheapie and the thing doesn't put out enough heat. The oil doesn't stay hot enough and the food ends up greasy instead of crisp.

I like my rival, it has a timer, temp controll, and the flip up basket like those have all for $37 including tax at target
