Ok I did a search and can only find references to 1/2 ton stuff...

I have a 96 K3500 1 ton and I actually use the truck. I need to keep my 1 ton rating for towing and hauling but I need 4" of lift. I have a 4" block right now and need to get rid of it... And I already have a 4" shackle flip, but need an additional 4".

Anyway, does anyone make an off the shelf 4" lift 1 ton rear 63" spring? I tried the skyjackers that said there for 1 tons but they are rated 1/2 ton and flatten to like 0" or maybe even -1" of lift with my truck empty... The spring rate of my stock springs are perfect for hauling and wheeling and with the weight of my truck they flex very well, easily allowing me to max out my shock travel. So an aftermarket spring with this rate would be ideal.

I would love to get custom springs but I need these within about a week...

Thanks in advance!

I got Pro Crap on the rear of mine, and when I orderd them, they said that 1/2 through 1 ton used the same spring. Kinda stupid. The Pro Craps seems to flex really good, and don't look like it will carry too much without sagging. National Tire and Wheel has 3" lift rear springs, why not ad a leave or two in there, that will stiffen it up and give alittle more lift?? They don't say what brand it is......Hope this helps, good luck putting your truck back together....

Yeah the pro-comps and skyjackers are basically the same thing. There a 1/2 ton spring that fits in a 1 ton truck... I had them on there with the same block I have now since they were 0 lift under my truck and they had huge amounts of droop since they had so much free arch. But if I put like one bag of concrete in the back the truck would bottom out... NTW's are the skyjackers, thats where I bought them.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Build a custom hanger for the front and a custom hanger or a small shackle lift for the back. Maybe mix and match like a 1 inch block(maybe zero's), longer shackle, few more leafs and a front hanger.

Well I have a nice flat belly right now and wouldn't want to lower the front hanger... Thanks for the info though:)

I decided I'm going to order Alcan 4" springs for the rear tomorrow. I have a free rental while the truck is down from the wreck so I guess I can wait:D
