What srings do you guys run for your 1/4 elliptic. suspension and why?

I used an F250 pack with a few F150 leaves added, cause they were layin' in my shop waitin' to be chopped up

I believe Lance used F150 springs.

i used Alcan spring. because they are made for it. they are longer than half of a spring. and they come with 12 leaf (more or less if needed) teflon sliders. and i got the spring rate that i wanted. the first time. they are 2 1/4 inch wide. just the size i needed. and they allso have a wrap at the end
the price was right 150 bucks a spring. had just the right static lift. the right pitch. and they are new. so no differance between sides.

steelman, do you have a number for them? I would like to give them a call and find out some more spring info. about 1/4 ellip. setup and info on custom spring for my blazer.

go through the hassle of buiding the right pack or buy a set of coils .....:confused:
