what does every one think to buy bolt ons or build your own custom sammi and why would you do all the work on leaf springs when coils r so easy to do just a     any one help me out what do you all think

I went bolt on because I don't have the fabrication skills yet. I wanted to be able to get out and enjoy driving it instead of being in the garage trying to design and build what could be purchased for a reasonable price.

With the money I would have spent on the steel and the time needed to do (and redo) the suspension I would have spent more than what I paid for my YJ kit.

What's your time worth? When I have a lot of time to kill I find myself fabricating stuff more often. Coils are so easy  .. just remember somewhere out there there's someone who thinks advanced molecular quantum physics is easy :) I wouldn't have a clue on how to start designing a coil setup, but I bet after I did the first one it would seem easy.

Almost forgot, let's see some pics of your coils. I have heard of a couple people running TJ coils, just never seen any close up detailed pics of that yet.
